How to play Pyramid solitaire
Take apart a pyramid of 28 cards by removing pairs that add up to 13.
The rules
- 28 cards form a pyramid of seven rows. A card is free when no card covers it from the row below.
- Remove any two free cards that add up to 13. An Ace counts 1, Jack 11, Queen 12.
- A King counts 13 and is removed on its own.
- Turn cards from the deck one at a time. The top card of the pile beside it can be paired too.
- You may go through the deck three times in all.
- Clear the whole pyramid to win.

How to play here
- Tap two cards that add up to 13; they disappear. Tap a King and it goes straight away.
- Tap the deck for a new card; tap the card on the pile to use it in a pair.
- Undo as often as you like; Hint highlights a pair.
Questions
Can every deal be won?
No. By default the computer checks each new deal and only gives you one it has found a way to clear.
