How to play Clock solitaire
Clock is the gentlest solitaire there is: no decisions, just turn the cards and see if the clock comes out. It’s a pleasant way to pass a few minutes.
The rules
- The cards are dealt into 13 face-down piles of four: twelve around a clock face, one for each hour, and one in the middle for the Kings.
- Turn over the top card of the middle pile. Put it face up under the pile for its hour: Ace at 1 o’clock, 2 at 2 o’clock … Jack at 11, Queen at 12, and Kings in the middle.
- Then turn over the top face-down card of that pile, and carry on the same way.
- The game ends when the fourth King turns up. If every card is face up by then, you win.
How to play here
- Tap Turn over the next card. The pile it comes from is highlighted.
